I created the concept and logo of howtonow.org. Working with the University of Virginia's Faculty and Employee Assistance Program we developed the concept into this training and resource tool for managers and supervisors on how to deal with troubled employees.

They were delighted with the results and had inquiries from other institutions about purchasing the web site.
